Hello! My name is Heidi, the one behind Lucky Charms Cheesecakes. I started loving baking at a young age, and it always fascinated me how a few basic staples could turn into something completely different with a little creativity and imagination.
Lucky Charms Cheesecakes also comes from another part of my life, my cows. Lucky Charms Brown Swiss is my farm name, and it felt like the right connection. If we did not have cows, I would not have so many of the dairy products that help make these cheesecakes what they are.
Over time, cheesecakes became the niche I wanted to focus on, both as a creative outlet and as a way to celebrate the ingredients I care about most.
